This coalition of clans has been formed to hold the line when times are at their darkest. Founding groups are the 548th UNSC and the ODST's. If any group wishes to join the alliance please speak to a council represensative.

Rules:

1. All factions will support one another and all when war breaks out, may it be small or large scale conflicts

2. No internal arguments within alliance is permitted.

3. A declaration of war can only be made when all council members agree that a war helps solve a problem.

4. Every faction has the liberty of giving their opinion.
