Gabe: stay more silent during clutches (ESPECIALLY WHEN DEAD), good nades, more passive approach
Tadas: nades, more passive ct side, crisp aim, better pistol rounds, consistency

Qualities of each player:
Charlie: Fast reaction time, fast solo entries, decent gamesense, decent positioning after plant,
John: good all rounder
Russel: calls, random clutch wins, flicks, plays for round
