- Noticed by admins (play on server often, help community, etc.)
- Have Skype
- Understand a lot about the server

Staff Process
After applying for staff (by contacting an admin or owner), you may or may not get the job. If you do get the job the following will happen:
- Get moderator rank
- Stay active and help out the community for a minimal 1 month.
- Help admins when needed
After doing all of that, you will likely obtain an admin rank.
