"Forgotten Emerald" - DoW2: Retribution Last Stand Mod

Hello and welcome to the first and only official group of "Forgotten Emerald" - the mod that finaly brings something really new to the Last Stand in DoW2: Retribution.

The mod is currently not being developed further.
If you are passionate about last stand and want to take on its support - contact Vit Mercury and ask for tools & permissions & help with modding.

The mod is available through the Libertas Mod Launcher, made by me.

Features:
- Heroes are being overhauled.
- New Wargear.
- New Abilities.
- Existing Wargear and Abilities are being balanced with new ones and between each oher.
- Redundant or Useless Wargear and Abilities are being ether Re-rolled, Balanced or Removed.
- Enemy waves are changed in order to bring more interest to the existing gameplay.

- Space Marine
- Lord General
- Chaos Space Marine
- Eldar Seer
- Tau Commander
- Enemy waves 1-15
- New map (Space Hulk), replaces Anvil of Khorne

5 Year Bittersweet Anniversary

Good christmas to you, my fellow DOW2:R players!
Hope the 2020 is treating you all nicely, or at least nicely by the 2020 standard.

Its been a while. Like, Its been over a year since my last patch, and its been 6 months since the last dev version update.
But it has also been 5 whole years since the mod itself was released to public.

A lot has changed since then.
For me, for all of you, for the game.
Dawn of war 3 was released, shattering our hopes for a better game.
I swapped 3 jobs, juggling time between personal things, friends, family, and my other family (you guys).

I will start with the good news.

Good news:
A new patch was just launched into public. Revision 46.
Detailed patchnotes available in the launcher.

Now, with the bad news.
This might be the last one.

Me, or Disturbance24, have higher priority things to handle - and between real life and gaming, one always has to choose real life.

If someone is willing to try developing the mod, or better even - take the lead, i am all ears. I will happily hand what remains of my knowledge to another person, assuming this will give our mod another few years to live and breathe.

I will not be working on any updates, and from what has recently been discussed, neither will Disturbance24.

I hope you all enjoyed these 5 years of gaming as much as i have.
This might have even given me my career now.

I remain available through steam for other games sometimes, or just chatting.
I am well, its just sometimes its time to move on, and it would be unfair to keep all of you wonderful people in the dark about it.

Its been a wild ride.

The Return of the Hacker mains

Well, its that time again and they just dont stop coming. As some of you may have noticed, the Hacker mains are back at it again with taking a brother's, or sister's, account then asking ya to vote for them with a link. Now, im pretty sure enough of us here can automatically identify this as a scam for someone to take our shit, but for those of you not vetted enough to get a good laugh before they block you, its a simple thing:
"Dont click the link about the CSGO shit, it'll take over your account and shit." -Sith Lord UNLIMITED POWER
So, if ya see it happening, make a few jokes if you want but make sure to either report it, or tell one of the mods on either here or the discord so we know. Thats all i got for you today, but maybe you can tune in next time for an update.

As much as i'd like to, there are two problems -
1) Due to modding limitations on last stand, it is not possible to add new characters.
You can only replace existing ones.
2) I am not working on the mod for about two or three years now, Disturbance24 is the person doing the changes at the moment.

Master, I'd like to do a language patch in this mode. What should I do? Can I change the language file of Mode instead of the existing language file? I have translated the Korean version of the Last Stand before.
