I used contruct 2 for my game,
I need someone to make for me achivements for my game and as well to make a soundtrack for my game (as DLC) I got the music I just don't know how to do it.

Well DLC can be done using the partner site of Steam (Where you put your game online). You don't need anything really special to do. As for the other options you need to setup some stuff on the website as well and use the Steam SDK to go with contruct. I don't know if it's possible, but I think Google will help you with it :P
