My GMod keeps crashing saying that "The memory could not be read."

I have tried to uninstall gmod with no success.
Then i tried to uninstall Steam, with no success.

I will demote all admins with a Steam rating of 0 and have less than 3 hours of game time.

The number of admins i demote, i will promote members to that rank. The baisis of this will be determined upon Steam Rating and Hours Played.
