If you have a steam account you probably game a little or lot thats all that really matters, you don't have to be amazing to get into a F2l4 team as we have divisions:

F2l4 Dark Green
F2l4 Green
F2l4 Yellow
F2l4 Orange
F2l4 Brown
F2l4 Pink
F2l4 Red
F2l4 Dark Red
F2l4 Black

Depending on the game they will have teams from up to F2l4 - F2l4 black depending on your skill level, to make a team just post an application in the group disscusions and wait for approval.
