An easy way to create and join mixes

As we all know mixes are the best way to practice comp TF2, but the clumsy interface and the infrequency of the mixes makes them unreliable for practice. TF2Center (please continue to read even if you don't play centers normally) on the other hand has a great interface, but a really bad community. Why not combine the two and get the best of both worlds?
Basically what you wanna do is make centres with only reliable, skilled players who are willing to improve even more and have good attitude. In order to avoid noobs and trolls, every "center mix" has all spots PASSWORD SECURED (passwords from https://www.random.org/passwords/). The password may only be forwarded to players in this group via events. Every player in this group INVITES OTHER PLAYERS who they think are good (div 4+) or they have the potential to learn and improve. So how do you make an easy mix?

1. Rent a server (http://serveme.tf/) or use your own server
2. Create a lobby (http://rc.tf2center.com)
3. Make all spots password reserved with a password from here: https://www.random.org/passwords/
4. Post an event in this group called "[Game type] Mix on [Map name], Lobby #XXXXXX, and password: *********”
5. First come first served class wise

The only downside is that there are no captains, so either you try to balance the teams before the lobby started, or you do it in game.

INVITE PLAYERS WITH GOOD ATTITUDE!

If you feel that a player in the group is detrimental to the quality of the lobbies then please post a forum thread on the steam group with an explanation and evidence. That way the community that belongs to the group can decide whether or not this player should be removed. As group founder, I will have the final say in all decisions but I will always listen to what the community has to say.
