Roadmap
hey guys, so i think a road map is in order. seeing how this will be a TOTAL modification we will need to address everything and essentially make an entirely new game. for obvious reasons altis wont do us any good, so that means we have to go in and make our own worlds. weapons wont do, so that means make our own weapons and so on and so forth. this being said i think the most important thing we can do is crank out assets.

what we need are

vehicles - unsc and civilian vehicles. with the enemy being human rebels, insurrectionists, we will need civilian vehicles as well, and modded as technicals and what not

weapons - obviously all weapons we want, plus modded versions for the rebels.

armor and gear - i think the best way to do armor is to have the armor be vest classes in arma. so the player basically puts on a uniform and then he slaps the armor over the top as vests. then back packs and helmets too of course. might have to add shoulder, arm, and leg armor to the uniform and have the chest armor as a vest seperate. depending on how we can get it done.

static objects - weapons crates and any other random objects we can think of. basically anything we use in arma, just brought up to speed for the mod.

world objects - seeing how we need to create worlds we will need all assets such as houses, streets, walls, and any other world object we can think of.

so lets focus all we have on getting assets and then we can jump into coding and what not.i believe it would make it easier in the long run.
