Don't know how doors work yet.
I'm rigging it now to see how it fits on pilot coveralls, which should perform nicely as an underarmor, once retextured
as far as using "ripped" models however, i say we stay away from ripped models completely. while it's not necessarily illegal it is highly frowned upon in the arma community. i have seen many mods completely die because of the negative input that was received once it was revealed that things were ripped. i dont want this mod to carry the same faith. that being said, FREE TO USE models are okay, or even purchased models. 2 optiones we have there are 1. 3d warehouse, to my knowledge those models are free to use for non profit projects. so i see no real issue porting those AND MODIFING THEM to fit our needs. if you guys find the most godly model on the planet on turbosquid or something and buy them (not saying you will) then of course that would be okay as well. but lets stay away from ripping models please.
i posted some updates of the frigate on the forum thread. making progress, slowly.
The odst armor has too many vertices for arma ¬_¬, so I'm refining it to playable standards, then maybe map a normal in the future. The armor is from warehouse, and the author allows usage as long as credit is given.
