You evolve to a vaporeon if you are exposed to a water stone as an eevee

You evolve to a jolteon if you are exposed to a thunderstone as an eevee

You evolve to a flareon if you are exposed to a fire stone as an eevee

You evolve to an espeon with high happiness in the day time

You evolve to an umbreon with high happiness in the night time

You evolve to a leafeon when you level up near a moss rock as an eevee

You evolve to a glaceon when you level up near an ice rock as an eevee

Those are how you evolve.
