Rules:

- Do not no-CB a player
- Do not truce break a player
- Do not peace out a player through an AI (only if you both agree on the demands/offers given)
- When an attacker get Call for Peace, he may force the defender to accept a peacedeal of the current WS.
- When a defenders surrenders the attacker is forced to give the defender a peacedeal ( up to 100%WS), so no extending wars against players to increase their W/E and spawn rebels.
- No peacedeals bigger than 100%
