I've tried everybody except Cravers post-Update, UE is just too good.

I've played a bit of Sophons but they're just so bad at everything that isn't Science. Other than that, UE and UE and UE. UE is OP right now. Industry boni are powerful already, that combined with influence starting very early is too OP.

Yeah, definitely. The adjustment they made to influence growth has mitigated that UE advantage a bit, but yeah not enough, though in releasing the update they kind of alluded to making UE a bit OP, because its the first race people are likely to play.

Personally I find the cravers to be the most difficult right now and sophons easiest, cravers because of the huge happiness penalties you get from decisions in the senate(because of the dictatorship government) and sophons because of the huge science bonus' they get as well as being able to see the end of the stellar line to another system. I agree the UE is super powerful right now but I think sophons are even more so when played correctly.

Hi, I know this thread is a bit old, but why does everyone think the UE is so powerfull, is it the skip options?

@mattis.hei At the time I wrote this, influence was OP and made UE extremely successful, influence has since been adjusted to make influence-generation less impactful.

Their playstyle just fit so good.

Vodyani here though I'm still trying to get the grips on the game and trying every faction. My right eye's been bugging me since yesterday, can't play anything too well. Damn.
