OM EPC {DOTA Core}

A DOTA 2 group consisting of mid to high skill tiered players that are for the most part (not mentioning any names...) friendly, humourous, helpful, regularly online and almost always up for a good game.
Led and administrated by EPC AntiMatter (http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/AM31337/) as a private, invitation-only part of the "EPICentre_Gaming" group. (http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/EPICentre_Gaming).

The groups goal is simply to expand to be the biggest and best collection of DOTA 2 players in the higher skill level bracket, despite the group itself being 'invite-only'.

OPEN tournaments and lobbies are regularly and sponsored by EPC Pandemic (http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/Pandemic_FTP/) run often and are anounced atm via the group anouncements as well as through the in-game chat channel "EPICentre" but also soon to be on reddit so just keep an eye out! With a multitude of prizes afforded to the winner varying from DOTA/TF2 keys as well as rare mystery items. You've just got to win ;) So simple right?

Tournaments, Open Lobbies, All that fun stuff

Okay so most of you know bits and bobs about why I've been away and had that brief break from dota. Well avoiding details because frankly that ♥♥♥♥♥ in the past, I'm back now, looking to get better and want to pick back up where we left off and get this group, runnning back as it was. But better!

Basically this post is to say that I want to start running the lobbies again that we were doing over 2 months ago. But this time with a twist. On a weekly basis the idea is to run a couple of tournaments - keys, item prizes, all those shiny things that you guys like for the winners. We will probably be trialing one tomorrow evening from around 8:00PM GMT. Basically I want to see the turnout being as this is literally a "oh btw are you freee tomorrow" kind of thing. But if it goes well then these will be weekly run and obviously the more people that play, the better the prizes and the more people in return that will want to play again.

These tournaments details are going to be forwarded to the main EPICentre group (http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/EPICentre_Gaming), which unlike the few of you lucky guys here, is public. So if you could all head over to that page join it that would be apreciated if only so I can be sure you see the anouncements on there too. Pandemic will be funding the prizes so it would be great if you could show him your thanks for that!

So the format of tomorrows open tournament is a 1 v 1 mid solo matchup.
Rules for tomorrow as follows:
Both players are given the same 3 possible matchups for their games.
Both players veto one of the matchups.
Both players will be randomised their hero and spawn side.
Bottle and Runes are allowed, using courier to bottle-crow isn't allowed.
No creep dominating.
Soulring not allowed.
All games are Bo3.
First to acheive 2 kills OR 2 tower kills wins.

So yeah the tournaments the big thing guys :D but obviously if you're interested in open lobbies as well mention it and hopefully next week will be for real after this trial tomorrow.
