[USA] - NC Server going down.

Well, I usually wait 90 days to see if a game catches on. This is a good space game but hardly anyone plays it. In fact no one that I hang with does.. and the server sits empty at 1am eastern time on a friday nite..tisk tisk..

I will be taking down [USA] - NC server on the 20th. I will offer the universe file to anyone wishing to put a new server up. Just let me know.. this way no ones hard work is lost.

That's about it... on to the next game..
