Beta Version 0.3 - Download

Default key bindings for zooming the camera Q, E,- and + (you can re-bind these in the Options). Thanks to Spitfire for this idea.
New message for when you discover each new class of planet.
Easter Egg for correctly naming a ship.
Button on the load game window to open the saved game folder in Windows Explorer (to help with trouble shooting).

Changes:

Moved "Policies" to the lower-right side and added an indicator to show if you've changed them this turn.
Camera zoom speed Increased (from 800 to 3000).
Galaxy background has been changed to be more efficient. Tell me how you like it compared to beta 0.2
Set the default sound to maximum. Some players could not hear the music. You can change this in the Options.
Crystalline race use Ore as food.
Grey Goo race use Energy as food.

(Attempted) Bug Fixes:

Can't build a temple on the homeworld (AI side could advancing the player's scenario).
Random dilemma message on new game.
Upon starting a new game I received the starting messages for two different Sides.
Options window did not open from the Pause menu until the game was un-paused.
