Earlier tonight Kabo and I headed into a game with the endgoal of being able to defeat Kardinal Lucious. Well I can safely tell you all that this has been accomplished. Surely not the hardest thing to do, but it was fun! Within 1-2 hours of playtime we had all of the ports on his main island blockaded with our ships such that none of his ships could get past.

We saved and stopped playing before we had him actually defeated, but I felt that caging the monster within his own island was good enough to warrant a post. Along with this:

I want to know what you all think of the game so far. Ive been playing alot with my friend, Kabo (co-admin of this group) and we've been having a good bit of fun. It does strike me that any game of DoD is going to take a VERY long time to get off the ground, and as such this game doesnt really lend itself to much of a "pick up and play" mentality that is generally good in an online game, but im sure we'll be able to make it fun.

Additional note: Kardinal Lucious = death. =(
