Unfortunately, this group lives only thanks to the members. The administrator abandoned everything a long time ago. There are no more moderators either.
I remember discussing this issue with administrators and moderators in 2016... they were very categorical, only approving in-game post-processing, no external editors.
Interestingly, after that discussion, I stopped using the graphics editor, only reshade (I have enough reshade now, since then I have learned to use it more skillfully). But I don't think using Photoshop is something to be ashamed of (they treated graphic editors that way).
