The amount of noise on teamspeak has become a bit overwhelming. If you have a lot of noise in the background please do not use voice activation. Not to sound mean or anything but I will kick you out of ts3 and eventually ban if you continue being loud. Also, please keep the non-game chat to a minimum when there's a game in progress.

I'm not happy to hear complaints. And I agree with every complaint I've heard today. I'm making changes.
1. Tryouts MUST be professional. We're not doing 1 v 1's anymore, because I'm tired of people doing decent in 1 v 1's and doing awful in public, where it matters. Admins are the only ones who should be running tryouts, if you're a member, you should either be spectating, or preferably, not even in the game, unless asked by an admin.
2. Admins, you know, the people with the [A] next to their name, they're the ones in charge. If they tell you to do something, do it. They do have the ability to kick you out of DWG.
3. I trust everyone with an [A] enough to make decisions for me when I'm not online. I'll be happy to hear that if there was a problem on a day, the admins handled it, and all is good.
4. Becoming an admin. I've been getting messages ALOT about people trying to become admins. I'll start promoting possibly once we get bigger. Some of our members already, I would promote to an admin, if we didn't have so many already. So we need to grow before I promote anymore. Everyone who is an admin currently had either made HUGE contributions to DWG, or has been with me and helping me since I started playing. and I appreciate everything you guys are doing tremendously.
5. Gameplay: I'm almost to the point of where I have to go through our clan and picking out the people who are bringing down our team. Make sure that as long as you have D|W|G` next to your name, that you're representing us.
6. Teamspeak: Amy has been AMAZINGLY nice enough to let us use her Teamspeak. I'm sure you all realize how much better we play, and how useful it is in-game. Make sure you thank Amy for that. Also, DO NOT give out the Teamspeak information to every guy you see. Even brand new members. We need to get to know them enough to know that they won't leave DWG and give out the info to their friends and have a party in Teamspeak.
