Deadwood is for sale!!!!

Hey everyone! Thanks for playing here. Ive had a great ride and met Tons
of great people here. I may be slinking off to retirement soon and I am
looking for a new sheriff. I will be taking offers for the next several weeks
to trade ownership of the server and private map for keys or a combination of high value items. Server space costs approximately 32 bucks a month to lease the space. You will be responsible to maintain this on a monthly basis, however, the map as presently shown will be yours.
I will be turning over deadwood controls in a turn key fashion. All
the private files that it takes to make deadwood operate will be included
as well as the custom configuration. You will also recieve original .vmfs so you may customize deadwood yourself using a program called SDK if you wish. You simply may run it as it is. Completely up to you! If you ever dreamed of Owning your own established server with over 23,000 players, then this is for you! Highest offer will be accepted. You may wish to partner up with a trusted friend for joint ownership to pool your resources. You are NOT just an admin, you would be the owner. If your interested in making an offer, Chat me up.
