If you're not repelled by old games I'd recommend Fallout 1 or 2. If you want newer game, try Fallout 3 or New Vegas. My personal favorite is NV. But FO3 is also very good, just a bit different. All of those games, and especially Fallout 1 and 2(as they have very simple quest logs and you have to actually read and remember everything)are time consuming and attention demanding games. Time to get some sleep...
