So as you know, complications with the vpn can cause really slow downloading speeds for the new update. Well someone on reddit has compressed it down and uploaded it via MEGA and a Torrent. So grab it if you are having issues.

VPN Workaround

So farconics over on the reddit posted a vpn workaround for those of you having issues connecting. With a recent update capcom has well...done what capcom does and has tighten their region lock security. I can confirm that this worked for me.
