How to Launch CnC3 for the steam version successfully.

Step 1
In order for Command and Conquer 3 to work and run propoerly the launcher must be
uninstall the old CD game and remove Manually any existing folder and files from
the hardrive. By having the steam version of CnC3 and remnants of the CD version
the launcher will create conflicts in executing.

The old version must be deleted completely even manuelly to avoid duplicated conflicts.

Step 2
Once the steam version is install along with kanes
install the launcher and then update the launcher.

Step 3
When you click on the desinated game to be Launched
a big image of the game will appear then it will disappear
as it disappears a duplicate launcher will pop-up on the screen.

Before clicking on the secound pop-up launcher wait for the image of the game to disappear then click on the secound pop-up launcher.

Make sure is on hooked also or if necessary create a shortcut on desktop of cnc3 and click on it.
