Report a translation problem
I use Fraps to record my game and depending on what kind of camera angle I want depends on how I will do it, The most common way is to just replay a competitive match by using the 'Watch' page on the CS:GO menu and I will just move the camera about using my mouse!
It's harder to explain by typing it to you, so I recommend watching some Youtube tutorials!
