(Updated) Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Removed From German Store

Whilst previously available for pre-purchase, the remastered version of 2007's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has now been removed from the German Steam store.

The 2007 release was added to Germany's {链接已删除}and a special censored version had to be made for the German market.

Remastered versions of previously indexed games are treated as identical in content. This means the titles are not allowed to be sold on platforms such as Steam, due to not being behind an "age verified, closed user group".

The censored release didn't face this trouble though. It is not known if a censored version of Modern Warfare Remastered will be made to get around this restriction.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is packaged exclusively with special edition versions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. This means that Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Digital Legacy Edition and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Digital Deluxe Edition have been pulled from the German store, with no indication that they will return.

We'll be sure to keep you up-to-date on this, when any new information is known.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare are scheduled to be released worldwide November 4th.

Australian Steam users are reporting that the upcoming South Park: The Fractured But Whole has suddenly {链接已删除}completely disappearedfrom the Australian Steam store.

Upon investigated the matter using an Australian IP address, it's been found that searching for the title either results in the game simply not being found or a "This item is currently unavailable in your region" message.

It's not known why the game has gone missing in the Australian region. It's a possibility that it will pop back up again sometime soon.

On the other hand, it's perhaps an early sign of the title running into some kind of censorship related issues, like the 2014's South Park: The Stick Of Truth did.

If The Fractured But Whole does indeed run into censorship trouble, you'll be able to find any details reported on Censored Gaming as soon as they are known.

South Park: The Fractured but Whole will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC December 6th.
