Dr.Catz will make a scrap and refined metal raffle. we will start with a scrap raffle you will give me a scrap to enter the contest the winner will win a hat.For refined raffle you will give me a refined metal and i will be giving 3 hats to randomly picked people the fisrt winner will get the most expensive hat out of the 3 and 2nd and 3rd will get 1 random hat each.
