1.do you have any experience being a moderator?
2. do your know all the group members well?
3. What are all the members of the cat chips teams usernames?
4. Do you have any Bans (VAC, banned from group ect.)
5. Have you read all of the moderator rules
6. Are you able to contact the Admins of this group

After you have copied the question paste them in the reply box and put answer below the questions.

Then post it as a response below

Once we have received your response and the information is correct, we will delete your comment and you will be notified if you have been accepted.

If your information is NOT correct, then we will notify you and give you 3 months until you can submit another application.

If you submit an application, you cannot submit another one for 3 months.
