Honestly, those people must be lying because no one pays that much. The most I've seen someone pay is 90% MP and that was because of good float like Fallen said. I think you should try to buy for 1 key below 85% and sell for 85% if you're at a low level of trading.

He will give up eventually, don't worry about his threats.
