Actually quicksells come up quite often on reddit. Most big time bettors will post there and quicksell their items and if you're fast then you can snag them. Lower tier trading is absolute ass and I feel sorry for anyone who does it.

Take market price and divide the price by the price of keys in your currency then multiply by 85

The more keys you have the more you will profit. Some say the real profit doesn't start till 100 keys, 150 keys, or 200 keys. Honestly the more you have the more you'll make.
