this is a phase 2 on your screenshot, not a phase 3. the M9 P2 is worth 140 Keys. I would do the trade if the M9 is indeed phase 2 like on the ss, not if it's a phase 3 since P3 are ~115

Yes sorry! it is in fact a p3, and the float is quite low.
