This site isnt a scam lol. You only have 8 hours on csgo. To be able to withdraw and/or send coins, you require more hours ingame for CSGO to qualify for using our withdraw system. This is to prevent abusers and scammers who attempt to use smurf accounts to abuse the site.

It's not a scam. Your account is level 0 and does not meet the requirements our site needs in terms of hours in CSGO and the amount of time and or stats spent on the site to be able to withdraw.

@Master we have new requirements. If you're fairly new to the site (doesnt matter how many hours you have on csgo), you cannot send coins or cashout until you use the site more.

So if you cannot send coins or cashout, you just need to keep using the site. This was implemented as the site was being scammed by people using smurf accounts doing surveys etc and abusing offers.

But typically yes if it gives you some kind of "serve error", it means you are site banned, typically due to survey abuse aka either using a vpn, revoking paid offers, or by some other means

You only have 1.6 hours on csgo, what do you expect? Lol.. we don't allow smurf abusers like you people on our site. We have our restrictions.

Well im not sure about the client or how jackpots work, the owner is the developer so he knows. But about your problem, its either your browser or you just switch too quickly and don't see it roll.
