You only have 1 hour on CS. I've said this before and ill say it again - You clearly need more hours on CSGO to be able to withdraw. These requirements have been implemented to prevent smurf account abusers.

We do not know how many hours you need to play. Only the owner does and he doesn't want to tell anyone, to prevent smurf account abuse.

If we knew the requirements then clearly there'd be no point in having them in the first place as smurf accounts could easily meet them knowing what they are.

All he has told us to tell users is to play more CSGO regarding this problem.

I am assuming you both have already account shared with someone, and thus it caused you to lose all your coins.

I've said this before and ill say it again, our staff members aren't responsible if you account share. We are not responsible for what happens to your steam account, and what happens to your coin balances and/or site bans to your account. It is, in the end, your fault for giving other users your steam information as well as your steam authentication code, so there is absolutely no excuse for you to claim (if you do) that someone else possibly "hacked you"


TL;DR - You were probably account sharing. We cannot do anything.
