Hello my friends, this is a post you might want to click on!!!!

so ive been on the site for over a year now, and this isnt any hate towards the specific person im talking about , its just a reminder and an eye opener on how things really are at this stage of the sites progression, so we have the site as it is- pretty dead and less and less users every day, but here's the thing, if someone actually had a say in this except for the head mod , wich is VERY distant from the site from my point of view and not very active, i would ask for all of us to consider the idea that a new head mod would be in the right place and good for the site as it is right now, i have one person thats been in the eye of the site and has ALWAYS worked for the site and done his best to his extent, his name is stig and he is the one mod that has always been on, never had big breaks or dissapeared for a month and then came back like many other mods, he has the consistency that this site wants and NEEDS and this is why i want to put my vote on that STIG gets the position as the head moderator of {LINK REMOVED} , many people will disagree with me and say that CHILLIN could be a candidate, i disagree on this matter as he has had the same periods of dark times where he never gets on for months and then comes back acting like nothing happens, just like the current head mod Surfac1ng wich has had his reason so it doesnt make it the same case, but still we need someone who is consistent in his work and knows what hes doing, this one person IS in fact STIG.

And btw the headmod did always know when i had no time and i think no one else besides the mods has to know whats going on in my life. (not angry)

I personally do not care about getting head mod or not. As I've already been helping surf with group work when he himself doesn't have time, and i try my best to assist users on the group whenever i have the chance, even though its not necessarily my duty.

Seeing surf's inactivity lately and the inconsistency he's developed, i guess you CAN say that a change is due, whether its a replacement or not. In the end, for the better of the site, i just hope someone who's consistent at what they're doing and actually have time dedicated towards their duty, are hired, in comparison to someone who's inconsistent and rarely has time for such things.

My personal experience with chillin and promotions is true, that he did go inactive for a month for IRL reasons. Of course there are scenarios where individuals do experience sudden life issues and must take a "break". However, i truly hope that if a new head mod is chosen or if some changes are brought onto handouts then i hope it is for the better. Me myself having surf's inconsistency and the moderators dependence on him is also a reason towards me quitting my staff duty. Being a mod on handouts for a year+ has its perks but seeing the site spiral downwards is something I'm not going to stand by, especially where our input is limited.

If i am needed, then i will return. Or else for now, even if a replacement is provided in surfacing's place, & if i dont personally see any significant difference, then there was truly no point towards it.

So for now, deuces.

Thats true. But when the admin would ask me for it i would like to be the headmod.
I just want the best for csgohandouts. i talked already with stig and we both are ok when the other one gets the spot. Also we talked about being both at the headmod spot because 2 ppl can reach much more... and thats the scenario that i would rly enjoy.

In the end the admin has to choose
