For technical issues regarding deposits, not receiving winnings, etc.

Please {LINK REMOVED} with as much detail about the problem that you can. If you've received any kind of error message please post the message in its entirety.

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours (2 days) before your ticket is resolved.

If you receive your winnings and did not receive some items, this is because we tax 2-10% of each pot as a fee. We do not take skins less than $0.15, or more than 10%.
Example: If you win a $100 pot, then we will take $10 worth of skins.
