This does not sound like any error on the site. The only thing I know of like this is when someone tries to scam the bot by switching the trade offer, the credits are removed as a security measure against attempted theft.

Both of these accounts were banned for fraudulent ad offer completion. We received reversals on offers by our partners due to false information or malicious intent.

This likely means the offer provider has banned your account or IP. There is nothing we can do about it on our end. Offers are working correctly.
