If there are 90 credits in pot, and I put in 10 credits, in order for me to win, the winning ticket would have to be between 90-100%. I hope this helps explain it better.

Hey guys, we have not heard back from OfferToro yet, but we believe this to be an issue on their end.

Regarding the videos being blank, this appears to be a common issue for people right now. We are trying to contact OfferToro to obtain more information.
