When you add CSGOBankbot.com to the end of your name the way you have, it makes it so when you click on the "Sell/Deposit" page, all your skins are worth 1% more. Make sure to refresh your inventory for it to show up.

You get 1% more credits when you sell your items on the "Sell/Deposit" page.
