Hey Arturo, that error tends to pop up when you go to the page that doe not exist. I don't know why this would be occurring for one account and not another.

When is this issue happening?

It happens all the time. I go to the site and it stands I cant play, almost like im banned, because the other account works fine. IT Comes up when I use cellphone and the pc. Maybe my account is banned from site ?

This is how it is on cellphone, it is same on pc but I can use shop and deposit skins but not bet

is there any way you cant make it so my account is new to the site, but i dont loose my points? So its like i have never been on the site, but still got points, like a refresh or smthing
