New Discord/Reddit Dedicated to a NEW Art Group?

Hello to all you fantastic artists! We are making a plan to help expand and improve this group, by giving you folks the basics of a new idea I had, between having a Discord/Reddit dedicated to a little more than this group.
My plans are to increase activity, possibilities, and members across the Source Filmmaker Community, and more.

But my plans are rather big, and have a mission on making this Discord/Reddit more less limited to SFM. I was thinking about expanding this community between all sorts of 3D arts and non 3D arts. Animators across software, modelers, painters, etc.

I'm not saying I am leaving this group behind, but I want to help expand upon all the talented people in these communities. This new 'group' will have its own branding name, layouts, contests, ideas, and of course, members.

My plan is to have a place for any artist to have a place to share work and experiences, and to overall have more fun and joy with their creations.

There will be needed moderators and such, so when it's officially announced and set up, I will be holding surveys for those that wish to help. More information and details will be announced at a later date. In the meantime, hope you all have great days and nights!

Not complicated, but is pleasently simple. If I were a clone trooper, this is how I'd spend my Christmas.

@Juggernaut. Thanks I'll check them out, I had a quick look at SFM I gotta say it scared me :) but I'm sure I'll get there eventually.

YouTube has hundreds of great tuts, and even though there isn't a specific one I'd recommend, giving it a quick search on YouTube will get you a lot of great results.

Hi folks, I'm completely new to this SFM, I've seen so many posters (Amazing) n the like I thought I'd give it a go, thought I;ve never done anything like this before. I was wondering is there a place I can get "How to use for beginners" kinda info and where the is the best place to start. Many thanks
