City Mod idea

My friend helped me come up with ideas for this cave and what happens. Near the end, you meet the god, Akatosh, in the form of a skeletal dragon. He sends you deeper into the cave. If you get to the end of that, You have to fight him. He cant die, at the end of the fight, he stops, teaches you a shout, and shows you a chest of almost everything in the game. However, taking all of it would be a pain, because you would be way over your carry limit, and then you would have to find a place to put it. So anyway, i need help making that
