No City Survival

This game has a special game type: You will be fighting against hordes of raging barbarians as well as eleven other players. With the help of Germany's special ability you will recruit yourself a barbarian army to survive against your foes. But other than in normal games you are not allowed to settle your capital. Right on the beginning (right now second turn ;)) you have to disband your settler so the AI won't spam cities when you leave the game or switch on vacation mode. If you lose your worker to another player you are defeated and may leave the game. You may establish alliances with other players, but remember that only one can win in the end. Once you deleted your settler just leave a short comment, so that we know that you are following the rules.
Note that this is the first game of this kind, so any suggestion on how to improve the gameplay are very much appreciated :)
