Hi everyone!
I've got a server installed on my PC that I've used mainly for playing with heavier addons to retain some FPS (ie Metrostroi) and I'd like to share it with you, because as much fun as cruising around in a locomotive it is, it's also a bit lonely when you've got the entire mainline for yourself and all the trains you shunt don't ever get picked up by other drivers. All the content that I've got is all of Sligwolf's stuff plus all CBH addons and then some Metrostroi trains / maps (and Doctor Who quite a bit for other fun stuff). You don't have to sub to the entire collection, however I would recommend it (aside from the Vermilion server management tool) for the best experience. The only thing I don't have right now is ACF and the various train building model packs because in the past I've been too thick to actually manage to build a train myself :P.
So if you are looking for a railroading server with lots and lots of content that you can mess with freely, come on over and give it a go.

How about (at least) superficial firing simulation? Either a second player can have a go at the firebox or an NPC takes up the role. Whether or not the achieved quality of the fire would influence the performance of the train would be a gameplay decision to be made
