Hey Everyone.

We unfortunately have some rather bad news in regards to our game servers.
We have been the victim of a Constant DDoS attack for the entire week. This has caused some major issues with our servers. Today we got an explanation from our Host telling us the current situation and what it means for us.

From our Server Provider
In the last 6 months there have been attacks which most of them were blocked accept some very large ones that affect SNAP's network bad! In the last 4 days someone has been targeting my network and it's got to a point where once IP's were changed or kept the same the network would be fine for a short amount of time then attacked again. my current Business provider SNAP are not happy & not interested in heavy ddos protection or what i run/offer & have warned me if this happens again my connection will be disconnected permanently. So this is not good news! i know we are all frustrated how such a big company does not want to help the gaming community of NZ/AUS. the next thing is to start calling other business ISP's and look into what’s available which could take time which is why i am forced to shut down all game servers i have spend 2 years building, I’m busy making backups & sending them to the cloud which will be available now or very soon. This is not the end of what i do but it will take some time to build a more robust network and an ISP which can offer good & quick migration if ddos happens. Sorry all but I’m here to help you get your servers back up and running somewhere else if needed.

What this means is that we will need to find a new provider and transfer all files for our old servers over to make sure they run correctly.
However this wont be easy, as all other providers are quite expensive compared to our Old one, so finding a reasonably priced provider is our first Priority, then it will be to transfer our servers over.

We are all really sorry this has happened, its honestly sucks A LOT, but any support that we can get from you guys would be gratly appreciated.

THIS WILL NOT STOP TRANQUILITY GAMING.
