Before I say what this announcement is about, I want to mention that the new steam group for Bootleg is located at https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/bootlegrp1931.

As for the announcement, I'm posting it here because this is where the majority of the old bootleg members are. We are working on a bootleg history book where we are compiling stories from the members of Bootleg that have played before the Chef County map update. So those of you that remember the maps from Uptown Downtown to Fawcett County, this is for YOU!

Our request is this. In the community forums, create a post telling us:

What your Ingame Name(s) was/were:

What maps you played on:

Any players you remember:

What your favorite part of Bootleg was:

and most importantly, Any major events, big gunfights, sneaky-beaky tricks, fun times, fond memories that you can remember about the community or server. Anything that you remember that made the server enjoyable for you. We want to hear about your personal stories of bootleg:

If the new players that came during Chef County would like to fill us in on these things with your experiences, feel free to do so. We are mainly looking for the Veteran players to fill up this book with their experiences to show the new players why we've played on this server for so long.
