I.
-Every white citizen of the Boer Republic has equal rights within the Republic.
-Every white citizen of the Boer Republic has the right to bear arms.
-Every white citizen of the Boer Republic has the right to a fair trial with a jury composed of his peers.
-Every white citizen of the Boer Republic of the age of sixteen and above, has the right to vote.
-Every white citizen of the Boer Republic cannot be arrested or his house raided without the proper warrant.
-Every citizen of the Boer Republic does not have the right to worship in his own fashion without fear of persecution.
-Every white citizen of the Boer Republic will not be forced to work more than fifty hours a week, eight hours a day, five days a week with a minimum wage of 12 Boer gulden.
-White immigrants may become naturalized citizens after a residence of 6 years, and coloured immigrants after a residence of 20 years.

II.
-A declaration of war cannot be made without the consent of the President and 80% of the Parliament (Volksraad).
-Every male citizen of the Boer Republic between the ages of eighteen and fifty-five, are liable to be called upon for military service.
-Every male citizen of the Boer Republic between the ages of sixteen and sixty must spend one week of each year, training in the local barracks.
-Peace may only be made by the President, with the consent of 80% of the Parliament.
-Alliances can only be made by the President, with 70% of the Parliament, and can also be broken by the Parliament by a vote of 90%.
-Trade routes may be established by the President and 51% of the Parliament.
