I follow the steps carefully but my texture is replaced by pink and black squares.
the autocompiler of tf2 woks but i need it to work on the souce filmaker.

(i have two users i don't know if it affects or the graphic card...)
(i've tried other tutorials like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uwbs-7Pp2Ps but with the same result.)

Please help me.
