При экспорте выбираешь версию DMX: Binary 9, Model 22 и в Доте скомпилируется все без проблем. Это если шмот. Если курьер, то Normalize после рига нужно сделать.

Try to set all transforms of skeleton in Object Mode to "0" by press Ctrl+A and select one by one all from list. And then do your export FBX!
