Began working on Blender, however i am a bit confused
I started work on blender today, focusing more on editing a model by resculpting it. However, i needed to make another skeleton for it due to the weights being messed up.

The thing that confused me, was that the model was made up from different .smd files

Body
Head
Drapes

Am i suppossed to parent the .smd files with each other in blender when attaching the bones to the vertices?
Or do i have to make specific bones for the head that are separate from the body skeleton?

Thanks

You can attach all three meshes to the same armature with the Armature modifier. It doesn't matter much which objects are parented to which.
