It may have been removed while they were trying to fix what may be having issues with it. Or it may have been having issues because it was removed while it was in your cart... But that doesn't seem as likely because when you posted about it the first time, I tried to replicate the issue but I was able to proceed to checkout with it in my cart without issue. I did have to specify that it was for a gift since I already have games from that bundle. Is it possible that it could have been a region issue?

Yes, stating "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance." - yet now the bundle seems to have been deleted from Steam (despite still being in my cart). clicking on it forwards to the main store page rather than the bundle page... so much for getting a decent deal... :\

Did it give you any yellow/gold messages while it was in your cart?

The "VALENTINE BLENDER PACK BUNDLE FOR GIFTS" (Steam Bundle 13466) is impossible to purchase. It throws an error when attempting to go to the payment screen with it in-cart.
