Recently, the popular Chrome Extension Steam Inventory Helper released an update, which requests additional pemissions which are rather intrusive:

- Monitors sites that you visit
- Stores browsing information
- Monitors if you're clicking something
- Monitors if you're having focus on an input
- Monitors when you're moving your mouse (failed to correctly implement)
- Monitors when you press a key!
- Sends your online activity to their servers

You have have noticed the extension was disabled (if you haven't updated it), we strongly recommend that you uninstall it ASAP!

An alternative for some features (counting keys, sending multiple items at once by entering an amount) that Steam Inventory Helper offered would be this userscript that we recommend installing (Be sure to have Tampermonkey installed!): https://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/17946-script-steam-trade-offer-enhancer/

Even though we're not currently running any game servers (and we hope to change that soon), today marks the 10 year anniversary of the Big Bang Gamers community!

We hope to bring in many more years of memories!

A trial server will go live within the next few weeks, to determine its feasibility.

One major change regarding any new servers is, Big Bang Theory will not have any involvement with the operation of the servers, and therefore, we will have to rely on 3 methods to be able to keep the servers funded, which is the below:

OPTION 1: PayPal Donations

Players can help keep the servers funded, by sending any amount (minimum of $1). There would be a cumulative perk system that can allow you to increase your donation tier, and unlock more perks over time!

OPTION 2: Pinion Advertisements

This is the easiest way to keep the servers self-funded, but would have to be configured so it doesn't interefere with gameplay when its during a critical moment.

It is also prone to triggering false positive warnings with certain Antivirus software (as it uses a tracking cookie).

OPTION 3: "Clan Pay"

This will allow players to help pay for the servers directly with any amount, only some server hosts support this feature, however.
